He is an entrepreneur who had the courage to start his own inner wear industry in the 1980s. With the association of Mr Reji and Jose Paul, the trio set together the brand name “ Teams” with 9 own show rooms and 140 dealers across kerala. With his expertise in production field, Jayan Varghese guides the production unit of Teams.

Teams is a joint venture pioneered by Jose Paul, Jayan Varghese, and Reji. They are the “ TEAMS”. It’s their hard work, experience trust, and friendship that have enabled Teams to be a multi-branded clothing store with various products. Initially, they began with a manufacturing unit Sprints in Tirupur under which the sportswear brand Teams and casual wear brand Ice Wear was opened. Sportswear is customized and produced in large numbers. This baby step by the trio has now grown into a multi-branded clothing store. Undergarments and casuals are sold under the brand name “Ice”. Sports wears are manufactured and sold under the name “ Teams”. Ice fashion’s manufacturing unit functions in Karukutty and Sprint exports in Angamaly. A systematic venture by the trio has succeeded and won many hearts. The team aspires to place their company in the hundred crore turnover club. Their combined effort is the success secret of Teams.

DTF Printing

DTF which stands for Direct To Film can be considered a game changer in the cloth industry. This technique involves printing your design directly onto a film and then transferring it to a material whether it be cotton, polyester, or any blend. The DTF method can work on all kinds of fabric. Any design can be directly printed on the fabric. DTF is gaining prominence as it gives immense freedom to you to choose almost any surface for printing. This allows you to print without any trouble. This makes printing hassle-free and a greater number of materials can be produced with superior quality. Teams use this technology in printing various designs, thus adding more perfection to designs.

Digital Sublimation

Sublimation is yet another method of printing designs onto fabrics. It’s considered to be the best for team uniforms and custom sports apparel. It involves transferring dye to a fabric using heat. A special paper is placed on the fabric and the design is transferred to that and which further becomes part of the fabric by applying heat. This gives a more breathable, soft-hand feel to the fabric. The main feature is that the numbers, letters, and graphics do not peel, wear off, or come out in the wash. It produces photo-lab quality pictures on fabrics. It is highly durable and makes the fabric light in weight, comfortable and sophisticated.
